At Znora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive a gift credit once the return is received

If not marked as a gift:

  • Refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Returns Shipping

To return your item, please contact us first for return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
